The CAST Session #4 Train-The-Trainer course is designed to continue helping Safety Trainers review public-speaking skills, focus on addressing and bridging the generational age gap in the workplace, and continue receiving customized professional development feedback enabling them to improve their personal delivery and communication style.  The second Sexual Harassment Prevention TTT focuses on compliance with the California’s SB1825, AB2053, and SB1343 regulations on Sexual Harassment Prevention in the workplace.  Participants will gain knowledge on regulations, how it applies in their workplace, and CA’s Civil Rights Department (CRD) training requirements.
