The CAST Session #1 Train-The-Trainer course is designed to equip Safety Trainers with the instructional knowledge, public-speaking skills, and customized professional development feedback enabling them to improve their personal delivery and communication style.  The second Heat Stress Prevention TTT focuses on compliance with CalOSHA GISO 3395 and 3396 regulations for Outdoor and Indoor Heat Stress Prevention.  Participants will gain technical knowledge, material, learn how to instruct using adult-learning principles, and how to evaluate learner retention.
