The CAST Session #2 Train-The-Trainer course is designed to continue helping Safety Trainers increase their public-speaking skills, learn about various Safety and Compliance Careers, and  receive customized professional development feedback enabling them to improve their personal delivery and communication style.  The second WPS Pesticide Safety HazComm TTT focuses on compliance with the Federal (WPS) Worker Protection Standard and Cal. Code Regs. Title 3, SS 6723 regulations for Pesticides Safety in CA (DPR).  Participants will gain technical knowledge, material, learn how to instruct using adult-learning principles, and how to evaluate learner retention.
